My parents just recently left on a mission to Mozambique, Africa for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. Shortly before they left we threw a big family farewell party for them. The cake was a surprise and we did an African sunset with a giraffe and an elephant under a tree. The cake turned out awesome and everybody enjoyed it thoroughly!
The top half was White Cake with Strawberry Italian Buttercream and the bottom half was Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Italian Buttercream.
