A beautiful simple, elegant and slightly rustic white wedding cake! It turned out great!
Chocolate Cake with Dark Chocolate Ganache Filling!
In addition to the wedding cake I also did three different flavors of cake rolls for 350 people. I did White Cake with Raspberry Italian Buttercream, Chocolate Cake with Vanilla Italian Buttercream, and Red Velvet Cake with Cream Cheese Filling.
Then cut each of the rolls in 15 one inch pieces to make a total of 360 cake rolls!
The wedding was an overall success! My client received raving reviews from her reception guests!
